DESCRIPTION

The two stations are connected by a pneumatic conveying pipeline system.
The operator has to choose and put on the display situated on the polyethylene loading system EASY LOAD the total weight he has to load ang to convey from the unloading section to the polyethylene loading system (for example for a total weight of 40 Kg. that means 10 Kg, each mould form), each batch will load each mould.
Automatically, the material (40 Kg.) is conveyed in the polyethylene loading system EASY LOAD.
At this point the operator grasps the nozzle, pushes the incorporated button and the previously selected material (total weight and number of Batches) begins to flow. After loading the first batch of 10Kg. the nozzle stops automatically and the operator is able to load the next 3 moulds (the example is based on Rotomoulding with 4 mould loading forms).

• The unloading section can be installed up to 100 m. away from polyethylene loading system EASY LOAD;
• Polyethylene EASY LOAD system has to be placed a few meters from the mould machine.
• Even if a vacuum unloading system is already installed, we can utilize it to load the polyethylene EASY LOAD directly.
