We propose ourselves also as manufacturer of springs for the roller support, with round wire and square wire, both with standard dimensions or personalized dimensions on the basis of the customer’s needs.

As regards the draft bushings and the idle bushings we have at disposal a large range and like the springs are possible to make it with a standard type or on the request of the customers.

Studies and particulars materials allow us to create any kind of bearings for kilns which can be used for high temperatures.

Highly requested by our customers is the range with dust protection, allowing the use of particulars greases.

Ceramic industry’s requests become more and more exigent.
Therefore we created chain tighteners which remove the chain’s extensions from the forward and backward movement.

We have a large and diversified range of bushing in our production, depending on the type of draft and pitch.
The most widely used are: bushings with the inner springs loaded draft very efficient in the close pitch, with the external spring for large pitch, or with plier draft for silicon carbide roller.

We produce a large range of draft pins, which can be used on third fire kilns with different solutions for roller hooking.

A large range of pins, in constant development, allows us to improve and exploit in the best way the kiln’s draft, with a solution in the intervention, replacement, and roller hooking, always optimals.

The big variety of draft use, have stimulated us to create new type of pin in order to utilize the roller until the diameter of 80mm.

For the roller hooking and draft we have a large range of springs obtained from sheet, square or round wire, utilized on every kind of draft.
